Which areas do you cover?
We provide care across Greater London from our office in Southwark. Get in touch with your postcode and we'll confirm we can reach you.
How do I know if home care is the right choice?
If you or someone you love wants to stay at home but is finding some things harder, home care is worth talking about. We're happy to chat it through, even if you decide it isn't for you yet.
How soon can care start?
It depends on what's needed and when you need it. We'll be straight with you about timings from the first call, and we won't start until your care plan is in place.
Will I see the same carers?
We aim to give you a small, regular team so you get to know each other. If someone is off sick or on holiday, we'll let you know who's coming instead.
How are your carers checked and trained?
Every carer has an enhanced DBS check, references, ID and right-to-work checks before they start. They complete induction training based on the Care Certificate and shadow an experienced colleague before working on their own.
Can my family be involved?
Yes, as much or as little as you want. With your permission we'll keep family members updated and involve them in reviews of your care.
What if my needs change?
Tell us and we'll review your care plan. We also review it regularly anyway, and straight away after things like a fall or a stay in hospital.
Do you support people living with dementia?
Yes. Our carers are trained to support people with dementia and we work hard to keep routines familiar and the same faces visiting.
What happens outside office hours?
Our on-call team can be reached on the same number in the evenings, overnight, at weekends and on bank holidays. In an emergency, always call 999 first.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Please tell us. Your concern goes to our Registered Manager, who will look into it and get back to you. Our standards page also explains who else you can contact if you're not satisfied with our response.
